Presentation Guidelines

All the presenters are invited to do an oral presentation or poster presentation in our conference. There are some tips for the presentation as below:

Oral Presentation:

If you choose to do an oral presentation, you need to prepare your PPT files in English and give it to the conference staff on Dec. 22, 2023 when you come for onsite registration. Each presentation time is about 15min, including 2-3min of Q&A. And each presenter will be awarded a certificate.

Poster Presentation:

If you choose to do poster presentation, please prepare your poster in advance and give your printed poster to the conference staff on Dec. 22, 2023 when you come for onsite registration. Poster size: 0.8m*1m. The poster size is not strict and you can do a smaller or bigger one if you prefer. For the contents, you could put some important information of your paper, such as abstract, research findings, figures, tables, affiliation or references to your poster, as long as it can demonstrate the research process or results of your paper. And each presenter will be awarded a certificate.

Best Presentation:

A best presenter (or best paper) will be selected by the Session Chair in each session and the author will be awarded a Best Presenter Certificate (or Best Paper Certificate) stamped by the Conference Committee and signed by the Session Chair.
